What is it like to work with you?
My clients often describe me as warm and insightful, creative
and compassionate. I tend to hold a gentle, grounded and focused
disposition, and can be firm at appropriate times. I imbue all
my relationships with lighthearted humor, because laughing makes
me happy, and it's quite contagious. My coaching is very practical,
and rooted in a deep experience in working with people on their
dreams. I seem to have been gifted with an ability to draw forth
the very best from my clients. I love what I do, and it shows
on my face.
-
When can I contact you?
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday are the primary days I am
available to my clients. On those days, I am in my office from
9:00AM to 4:00PM Pacific Time. I assign each Friday as a day
I work “on” my business, not “in” my
business. This allows me time to insure that I am constantly
improving my skills, expanding my knowledge, and increasing
the value of my offering to you. As part of the intentional
balance I have designed into my life, Monday is a day off. As
your coach, I will share the wisdom behind this, and help you
tailor a similar program that suits your life and your business.
-
How often can I call you?
On the days I am in the office, you may call or email as many
times as you like for coaching on any topic.
-
Do you always answer the phone?
Usually, but if I’m working on a project that requires
some focused attention, I will let my voice mail pick up messages
until I am finished, and return calls promptly thereafter. When
I plan a vacation or a business trip, I will notify all my clients
in advance via email.
-
What issues are raised during the coaching calls?
The scope is unlimited, but generally, problems with staff,
problems with money, problems with communication, self-doubt,
and “how do I do this?” questions are most typical.
-
How long does a coaching call last?
A typical call is between 30-45 minutes. A coaching call
is not a “chat,” as there is a specific situation
or problem to resolve, or information to impart. This will be
determined within the first few minutes of the call and will
set an efficient framework for our dialogue.
- What if I don't have the skills I need?
I will always do my best to teach
you what you need to know in order to accomplish the goals
we commit to achieving. Certain tasks, however, such as writing
really effective copy, simply may not be your forté.
In certain situations, I may be hired outside the coaching
relationship to write copy for your web site, brochures, newsletters,
etc. Please call me for more information.
-
What if I'm not happy with my experience?
I offer a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. No one has to sign
any long-term contracts when they choose to work with me. If
you don't see significant benefits within the first 90 days,
you can request a refund minus expenses and the funds slated
for donation to the karma yoga charities you've selected. In
such a case, I would very much appreciate learning what aspect
of my coaching did not meet your expectations, and I trust that
you will share your truth and help me improve my service to
the yoga community.
